About slavewriter6Since beginning her work in the rock/metal scene in 2006, Slavewriter6 has had the opportunity to work with and interview some of the hottest bands in the industry along with some of the best up and coming underground bands around the world. She has also written official press releases for bands such as L.A. Guns and formed close relationships with many bands, indie professionals, promotion companies, entertainment firms, producers and record labels within the mainstream and underground music scene. Slavewriter6 possesses a unique quality and style that brings a more personal edge and feel to her interviews that fans seem to really appreciate. Being extremely passionate about working with the underground rock/metal scene, she is constantly looking to find new bands that are trying to make their mark and states "One of my favorite things to do is to run across a kick ass band, put them up on my site, have people go check them out and come back to me and ask me where the hell that band has been hiding , it’s like finding a treasure, and there are many of them to be found.” In many cases Slavewriter6 goes beyond just a simple interview with some of the underground bands and actually spends a lot of time working with them on a personal level in many different aspects of promotion in order to help bring them to the attention of all of their prospective new fans. Slavewriter6 currently works closely with several companies and indie professionals in the industry including Metal Sanaz, Muen Magazine, Metal Music Promotions and Strut Entertainment Canada. She also works with TPR Music Group in the management of the bands Waiting For Decay and The Future Unlived. In addition to her interviews being available on her site, she has also had several of them published in media outlets such as Muen Magazine, Metal Storm Magazine and Rock Confidential.
